Strengths: Good size and excellent speed for an OLB. Good backside pursuit and is able to close on the QB when given the opportunity. His mean streak is very evident in his tackling.

Concerns: Could use 5-10 lbs more bulk.

Comments: Rivers is the best weak side linebacker available in the draft. His speed and tackling ability will wow scouts and a good combine should push him up in the first round. Rivers is talented enough to start in his rookie year if given the right situation.
