Today I’m going to cover a handy little tool that I stumbled across recently. Actually, I would like to thank an unknown subscriber who led me to this site. Had they not used this site to display our feed and click through who knows when I would have found it. So here’s to you real fantasy football man of genius, whoever you are…

The Brian Urlacher drama seems to be over for now. He told the Chicago tribune that he will be attending the Bears three-day mini-camp starting today.
The Chiefs MLB Napoleon Harris is a good example of the difference between what a team is doing and what the media is telling us. Apparently he doesn’t know anything of his job being in danger except for what he is reading.

Waiting to find out where you draft in a re-draft or new league can be nerve racking. Your whole season can depend on it. Some people don’t mind the later picks in a snake draft as they get to make a couple of picks close together. These days with more teams going to a RBBC it’s getting harder and harder to find that quality RB at the end of the first round. Is it time to reconsider how your league drafts? Read more

A Look at Aaron Rogers
May 24, 2008 by Lee · Leave a Comment
The dust has settled a bit from Brett Favre’s retirement. Some people just won’t let go insisting that he will be back. Hopefully these people will catch up come September when the Packers take the field without him. Yes folks…the Aaron Rodgers era is here. How long it lasts is up to Aaron Rodgers.
There are things that are in his control and some that are not. In his control is how he seizes this opportunity. We can say that the team that he will be leading is a big part of that opportunity. They were pretty good last year. He could definitely be walking into a worse situation. Out of his control is the drafting of that guy that many think was one of the most NFL ready QB’s in the 2008 NFL Draft. Taking over in Favre’s shoes wasn’t pressure enough, huh? Well, the gig is said to be his, which makes it his to lose. It will be interesting to see how this evolves.
The Jabber heads were polled on how long Aaron Rogers would last as the Quarterback in Green Bay. Let’s have a look at some results, shall we? Read more
New Look and New Forums for the Football Jabber
May 24, 2008 by Lee · 2 Comments
There has been a pause in the posting in the last week while some dolling up of the place has been going on. Football Jabber has taken on a different appearance both for the main site and the forums. You can now find a little more separation between the NFL, Fantasy Football, and College Football categories. Easier to find the Jabber and it looks prettier as well. If your reading this in an RSS Reader (thank you for subscribing) stop by and have a look.
The new forums are up…come by and register. Talk some football, ask some fantasy advice from our knowing members, join or get someone to join a fantasy league, use your wit to entertain. They were just opened up so there are not a lot of members right yet, get in on the ground floor!

This has been out for a few days but we can take a look at it anyway. ESPN has put out their Power Rankings already for the NFL. It really looks a lot like it would have at the end of last season, except for the Packers falling down to #10. No, the Giants are not #1 and they were far from that at the end of the regular season. You can’t take away how hot they were but you have to admit they were not one of the top teams…they played the best though. The Falcons steal the #32 spot from the Dolphins…
Time to Talk College Football Playoffs
May 18, 2008 by Lee · 2 Comments
Ahhh, Spring. The time of year when leaves come out, grass turns green, sports bras on joggers on the first warm days, and talk of a College Football playoff.
Yes, it’s that time again. Time to talk College Football Playoffs. Florida State President T.K Wetherell piped up about it last week at a Football Issues forum. Wetherell is convinced that at a minimum a “Plus One” playoff is going to eventually happen. Why? Money. Wasn’t money the reason not to have it you ask? It appears Wetherell is pointing at the gas pump as a reason that schools will lose money when playing throw away games. Read more
