Fantasy Football Quick Reads

July 7, 2008 by Lee

…and we are back.  Hope you all had a good holiday weekend.  Myself, I spent it working but I was able to do a lot of number crunching for an upcoming article on company time (this is not encouraged for the average fantasy Joe so I will pick up the slack).  As we roll just weeks away from the start of training camps and about a month from pre-season kick off, you can’t swing a computer mouse without hitting a mock draft or a new set of fantasy rankings.  The time is here my friends!  Is it me or is the fantasy prep time better than the season itself?

Brandon at FFGeekBlog.com gives the results of an eight team mock draft.  I have done a little time in eight team leagues and it’s hard not to have a stacked team.  I like it a little more spread out myself.   Go check out the commentary.

Monday Morning Rehab.  The closer we get to camp the more this will become a must read at The Hazean!

…This Just In!  Theeeeeir baaaaack.

Predicting the outcome of the RB battles in camp at The Endzone View

The big question marks in camp have to be at the WR position.  Pancake Blocks have adjusted their projections…

Fantasy Football Jungle has a look at their Top 30 WR’s (Part One…it’s really #’s 26-30).

Jacob at Fantasy Football Fools breaks down the difference between QB1 and QB2…other than the numbers…and one is a guy you want and the other is, well, the other guy.

Front page breaking news at KFFL…the Bears have cut Cedric Benson!  Now that we have recovered from the shock how about having a look at the impact of The West Coast Offense on fantasy football.

Check out what happens when many fantasy football minds are put together to determine an experts poll at Fantasy Football Xtreme.

I love stats.  Ultimate Fantasy Football Strategy takes a look at predicting the top 10 RB’s based on historical trends.

Draft Sharks have a little early season QB talk going on…

So who are you considering taking at QB?  Dave Richard takes a look at timing in drafting the slingers.
