Football Jabber Fantasy Football Quick ReadsAs I fan I like to get paid.  So naturally PaytheFan.com intrigues me.  I’m considering starting a Football Jabber league there, if any of you are interested drop it in the comments.  It’s a “Survivor” type deal where you can only start each player twice with weekly and overall season cash prizes site wide.  I’ll have a more in depth write up on it soon.

Take a look at Jacob’s write up on the Favre Effect on fantasy drafts at FantasyFootballFoolls.com.  This brings to mind an experts league I’m in right now.  I have Brady as my #1.  Without knowing what is going on with the situation Aaron Rodgers was falling.  Because there was not much talent left ont he board I got him in the 13th round.  That could make for some trade bait.

Bruno Boys are tackling your questions.  Today they cover when you should grab a WR when you start three.

  1. Thanks for the link. Aaron Rodgers is a great snag (especially to back up Brady), and he is definitely falling a bit since this Favre talk. Green Bay is backing him, so you know he won’t lose his starting job. I think he’ll end up being a decent QB2 and maybe more this year.

Unfortunately, I had to settle in the league where I took Brady and went with my back up in Tarvaris Jackson — little risky in my opinion.
